Love it here! Superb for inspiration, storage ideas & even stationery supplies. If you want to skip the mock up rooms though go direct to market hall as u exit the restaurant . :)
You can come before they officially open to browse the selections and beat the crowds. Make sure to bring a tape measure and don't miss a chance to dine on some of the famous Ikea meatballs ! 😄🇬🇧🏢
Huge variety of furniture and housewares from very cheap to pricey , good quality. Go, buy there and depending on where you live, take a taxi to go home and have your stuff delivered at the same time!
All of the meatballs . Go first thing Saturday morning and it's not overcrowded. Have a list. Buy everything and then easy lunch .
If you know what you need, download the app and add items to your shopping list to hit the warehouse with all the locations. No need to wander trough the showroom.
If you are heading straight to the self serve section and want to skip the marketplace , there is a secret passage from the kitchen section to the lighting section. Not so secret any more.
Plan to be here all day! Great pieces for the home and some great prices. If you don't want the kids annoying you while you shop...there's a play area at the entrance for 3-10yr olds.
Can't go wrong with meatballs and chips . Oh and they sell furniture too
Make sure you grab a hot dog and refillable drink at the end after the tills. Such good value ! 60p for a small (which is actually quite large)

You can just pick up a mug or glass from a discarded tray and use that for refills if you are feeling really, really tight. If not it's only 70p for unlimited cold drinks and 80p for hot ones.
Go on a Tuesday afternoon, find yourself a sofa , lie down and listen to some of the 90s cheesiest hits.
It is virtually impossible to enter this place and get out in under 30mins. 1min to find the item, 29mins trying to find the exit.
Ikea gave an estimated time of between 11.30am to 3.30pm for delivery . It is now close to 9pm and they have yet to deliver . So yeah, avoid.
It's just not a furniture store - grab a bite to eat in the restaurant , its good value for money and the cakes are awesome.
The Lingonberry jam is in a dispenser next to the ketchup .
Nice big ikea, but they don't have the full range here, not sure why...
A huge warehouse with things to buy.
Cheap sensible furniture , but it can test your patience.
60p for a hotdog , can't go wrong with that!!
The pasta with tomato sauce was a let down. Though this store is still the best branch in the London vicinity.
