Customer Service = Customer Inconvenience at this store. Guy named Tyler specifically is a tool. If you need something taken care of, ask for Greg. Great manager. Punk kid named Tyler isn't a manager.
Was in the store for thirty minutes and had 7 people ask if I needed help. First-world problems, I know, but too much customer service can be a bad thing.
I like their game choices
Last Time I was there I had 3 people ask me if I needed help within 5min. Call they're really doing is pushing the customers away nobody will want to shop there! At least I know I don't.
