Clean room . Ok breakfast . No gym . You can use next door gym which advertises free weights.
Might want to look at renovating sometime this century...literally

It's worth the extra cost. You get a hot breakfast with waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, etc. You also get a hot dinner and 3 free bar drinks from 5:30 to 7. The hot meals save you $30 a day. - Dean Roberts
