The Tiffwich is an ice cream sandwich made with a slab of Blue Bell vanilla ice cream between your two favorite cookies . Messy but worth it.
Buy more than a doz cause you'll eat half yourself. 2 mins in the oven at 325 and they're back to "heavenly" status.
