barre, Zumba and body pump class are superb!!!
BodyPump classes always have a few extra spots, and the energy room is the biggest one in all Z&B's!!
Zumba and BodyPump are the two most amazing classes here.
Now that they are finally paying for LesMills formats/license/soundtrack, trainings have started to make sense.
