It has what matters the most to me and my family: quick seating, family atmosphere , great thickness of chips , green and red sauce , very attentive staff that kept my drink full, and top notch food. :)
This place had a 4 1/2 star rating on Yelp and there's a reason why. The servers are friendly , quick, and attentive. It also helps that the food rocks! The Cascada sampler is a meal by itself.
Fajitas of course, stuffed avocado ,salsa good. Good size menu selections good portions good price $ not $$.

Love this place, find myself comparing every other Mexican place to las cascadas , and they lose! Las cascades it's cheap and yummy!
The Mexican tacos "street tacos " are the bomb. Cheap , fast, and mostly healthy.
