Many different types of bicycle to rent from and roller blades too. Great place to just chill and maybe view Klcc & KL tower.

You can rent a bike for as cheap as RM10 for an hour. Choose the ones with carrier, so, you can share the rides with your little ones. But, be careful of those stupid car drivers seeking for parking .

To jog 10km, Pick a start point, and circle the lake 3 times. Make sure the lake always on ur left or vice versa when choosing route as the are multiple route. Complete 3 laps and u'll get 10km+.

Diz lake was not very comfortable for jogging on weekend, cuz too many couple dating at the lakeside and damn make us sore eyes

Big park around a lake . The main entrance is located at the West Lake (Jalan Kuantan), and there's a minor entrance at East Lake . Great place for a run, ride your bicycle, or do some rollerblading .

A very good place for jogging ,walking and enjoying the Sunset of the days with the spraying of tasik.

A recreation area right in the middle of KL. Jog around the huge lake , ride horses, or go boating on the lake . Great place to bring family during weekends.

The Anti-Oxidant Therapy Centre on Persiaran Titwangsa 5 is superb.

Good place for jogging and cycling. For pogo players you can get a lot of magikarp and slowpoke here.

Bike renting are in good condition. Rm10 per hour, subsequent hour is another rm10.

Great for a day out with great views , bring a picnic .

Not well kept unlike few years back. Very dirty at some points & peole throw rubbish literally everywhere in this park . Good place to stroll around & jogging anyway.

Good track for improved your run.this tack not give your tired fast.just relax jog and enjoy the enviroment. :)

Not really an extreme activity, but riding in a hot air balloon may be the perfect way to indulge your inner child or for the lesser daredevils to get your adrenaline rise up high (albeit slowly...).

Do come before 7am for a morning run. Temperature's perfect, not that many people, easier to set a new Personal Best.
