Every person that works there cares about the coffee and any beverage you ask for. And they are happy to give tips for how to get the most out of your take-home beans.

Key thing - these are lighter roasted coffees than Starbucks for example. Very interesting flavors and full load of caffeine. ☕️ try the pour over cup.

I love ritual, I was trained by them and use their beans at my cafe , but the Napa location is a little too lax on quality control and I haven't been impressed by them yet.

There are multiple order counters. Pay attention and decide if you want a more traditional coffee (still amazing) or something unique from the Cup and Star counter. Buy a bag of beans to take home.

Great SF coffee tucked into Napa. Cappuccino was sour in the best way.

Go to Napa Valley Roasting Company across the bridge instead. You'll find better lattes there. Ritual under roasts their beans. I drink a medium body all the time and here it was like drinking milk :/

Good luck if you want black tea that doesn't taste like earl gray. The server was clueless about what was in their own teas . That is okay for a chain, but these people are supposed to be experts.
