Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel

Concierge is very helpful. The cafe has kids menus, and in general the hotel is child friendly . We had a good sized room that accommodated four of us readily.

The Novotel Paris Tour Eiffel is always understaffed. In the few times I've stayed at this property, they always seem to have only 1 or 2 people working at the front desk while a long queue waits.

There's simply not enough room to describe how awful my experience here was. Some of the staff , particularly the manageress at the breakfast room, should NOT be working in the HOSPITALITY industry.

I will never again stay at a novotel again! We had a suite with 4 people. I expect 4 towels! We got 2 after check in, everyday i had to call and ask for 2 extra towel. We were here 5 nights.

It is not one of Paris attractions but, by the breakfast line , it seems like... plan to have breakfast 1 hour in advance, cause it will take a very long time.

This hotel is ugly even if inside is better than outside. You can find a best place

Wifi in the superior room up to 256 kb/2 hour only. Although the room is nice and comfortable .

Nice hotel (more so that I was expecting) clean and updated rooms as well as friendly staff ...elevators seem a bit delayed later in the evenings though.

On the reception no smile and personnel is pretty aggressive, English is bad.In the room the child bad is not prepared, staff which came was pretty friendly , but speaking half English/half French!!!

Rooms aren't air conditioned . Rang to reception and they sent up a guy with a fan! Not ideal for 3 nights. Nice hotel otherwise, great location

Bathing cap required in the pool?!? And you are not permitted to wear shoes in the pool area . You must be kidding me!

Hotels without free wi-fi shouldn't called 4 star. That simple. Nice breakfast btw.

Lack of personality, rude staff , I had a complaint and the guy that before spoke perfect English with me suddenly forgot everything. Nice hotel , but awful staff and very impersonal

Still complaining. I will never stay at a novotel again. We asked for extra regular coffee . We never got it. Instead of extra, we got none. Everyday, we had to call and get coffee . And no towels.

No wifi in the room. Hotels such as this need to realize that more people are traveling with IPads, not laptops. Should be a simple operation to add this and get to the 21st century.
