Line is always long during the 8 a.m. — 6 p.m. appointment hours at Children's, but the line does move very quickly, they have it down to an art . It's never taken me more than 10 minutes.

The service here was not the greatest. Had a few issues with the service and also with my order but besides that the seating was great.

Get a holiday drink! If you get 5 you get a free one! Gingerbread latte is my favorite.

One if the busiest Starbucks I have been in. It's gets crazy around 2pm

Staff are nice. They got a ceramic cup without my asking. This sbux, however, uses automatic espresso makers, so the brew is a bit disappointing.

They are really slow in here especially in the morning. The line seems to always loop around the island .
