A charming little bistro in a quiet street of a quiet neighborhood . A short menu mostly made of daily specials . Simple, fresh and modern French cuisine , with a Corsican twist. Perfectly cooked fish .
The menu by Sébastien Groubatch, formerly of Ducasse’s SPOON, is just right, from oyster mushroom fricassee to tiramisu with canistrelli, and Gers chicken with black olive polenta .
In the kitchen, chef Nicolas Gaulandeau (ex-Apicius) creates inventive dishes in which the flavours of Corsica come magically together
