I been eating Bob Evans products from the grocery store for a very long time. However, today I went for the first time and I was severely disappointed. chicken tenders were hella small and MnC ghetto

Almost always have to wait, even when I can see many open tables. #staffing
Bad service. The HOST took our drink orders after we waited 17 minutes. Menu didn’t indicate that broasted chicken starts after 4 pm. My friends salad was missing the walnuts . My order was fine.
Slow service don't let wait staff seat you without taking drink order . I will be right back means 20 minutes
