The breakfast is amazing, custom made omelettes ! The staff is phenomenal. Elsa made me an amazing omelette and even fully cleaned the stove before making it because she knew I was vegetarian .

Rooms are pretty nice, staff is amazing (except the front desk people aren't so bright ). Free breakfast and manager's reception are great, as is the restaurant . Cons - lots of tiny flies, sucky wifi .

Nice ES! Amazing staff , great recommendations in a tough area (airport ), managers happy hours with good food and plenty to imbibe. The rooms are remodeled and nice. Glad I messed up the reservation !

Thought it was a great place to stay. Room was good. Breakfast was great with omelette 's cook to order. Finish they day with free drinks and snacks .

Clean , apartment suite rooms. Breakfast included in some room rates. Plenty of parking and friendly staff .

What kind of "Managers reception" has either trail mix , goldfish or chips and salsa ? The Residence Inn has burger night and chicken nuggets along with chips and salsa

Great room, great service, great breakfast , but skip room service ! Dinner was so yucky!

Best family dinner option nearby is probably Denny's. You can walk to it.

"Premium" internet allowed me access for about 2 minutes of every 15. Regular internet, even less.

The renovations here are impressive!! Can't quite believe it's the same place.

The hotel is nice and very comfortable .

Always check the pool and spa , before getting in. This weekend the pool looked dirty and cloudy. The spa had tons of foam, from people's body oils. I was very disappointed in their maintenance

Choose another hotel . Housekeeping staff was extremely lazy on the cleaning . I was very amazed at this.

Wow, so much nicer than the last time I was here. They've really upgraded the suites!!

They'll dock you $12.95 a day for Internet access, here. Go die in a grease fire, price-gougers. The wifi is terrible. Sick view , though!

Ask for one of the newly renovated suites. MUCH improved over musty, brown predecessors.

Stay at the Crowne Plaza instead! I switched after 2 dreadful nights here.....

Internet is sketchy , fridge froze my drinks (no adjustment), little flies in the first room I was in, telephone had tons of interference. Not a good place.

Don't get room 327 the bathroom door doesn't lock. Also the place looks run down
