The Port Cities and Chinese Scholar exhibitions are fascinating. Highlighting some of the history of Magellan's expedition, the Tang Dynasty & Confucianism in ASEAN. Interesting Xu Beihong portraits

I liked the permanent exhibition . I am sure that soon I will have a desire to visit again this museum . Especially the entrance to the museum is free! ✌️????

Amazing collection of antiquities . Artifacts span Western Asia in Afghanistan all the way to Southeast Asia in Java. Incredible to see the spread of culture and religion thru these pieces.

Nice museum for any reason. There are a lot of things for look. For example,there are two interesting temporal exibitions 1st about Christianity in Asia, 2d one about porcelain. 1 t. for students -$8

If you are planning to go to more than 1 museum , consider getting a 3 day pass for around $20 which will give you access to all 5 city museums .

Admission is FREE to all as Museum is undergoing major renovations & several galleries are closed. Still worth a visit as objects get rotated & some rare items from conservation are now on display.

This should be on everyone’s must see list. An amazing historic journey through South East Asia.

Really interesting place to learn something about South Asia. The building is impressive and the collections are great.

Small museum and also cheap price. If you interested in the international ocean trade, you could spend one to one and half hour visiting here

Free entry for local residents. The museum itself is gorgeous too!

Check out the occasional special exhibitions , and look out for the free admissions during open house days for festive holidays like Deepavali, CNY, Hari Raya, even Halloween !
