The noodles are up to perfection and the broth is to dIE FOR GOSH. The staff were so helpful, guiding us how to use the vending machine, they even had a welcoming english version for tourists like us!
As a westerner, waking into a ramen place that does broth-less ramen was very confusing. This abura soba style was a great change from regular broth ramen , I look forward to more of it.

チャーシュー は普通のスライスと、細切りチャーシュー が選べるが、細切りチャーシュー は隠しメニューです。
油そば 専門店！ラー油 と酢をかけて混ぜ混ぜしてトッピング も混ぜながら食べると良いようです。麺 の量が多いと飽きるかも σ(^_^;)
