Tasty, fast and fun to watch. The soy version was solid. I'd recommend as a lunch spot .

The yuzuraka is shoyu (soy) based and has some spices but it's not spicy . Very very citrusy! I prefer the shio (salt) based.

Order the yuzu tsukemen . I got mine cold and it was so refreshing! Do not get the the non yuzu ramen or you will end up kicking yourself.

一度食べてみたかったゆず塩麺 。淡麗とまろ味と選べます。淡麗の方がゆず の香りが立っている感じ。私はどちらかというと淡麗が好きです。お昼 時に行きましたが月曜日で平日だったからか並ばず入れました！

七沢のZund barは行きづらいし、恵比寿店は混んでる 。ここは穴場ですね。醤油 を淡麗で頂きましたが相変わらず美味しかった。七沢に比べるとやや味が濃いかなと感じましたがあっさり 系で最高レベルという評価は変わりません。

Best ramen in Tokyo! Love the ゆず塩麺 、海老 塩麺 。very addictive! And love the style that there's always video about surfing or snowboarding playing in store. Ramen with lifestyle.

店内は18席程度のカンター席のみです。ありがたいのはロッカーが設置されており、荷物 をそこに預けることが可能なので、カウンターに掛けても荷物 をそのそば でごそごそ寄せる必要がないので、ゆっくりと食事できます。

柚子 塩ラーメン を。大きな荷物 を置く棚があり、買い物後でも入りやすい。

850円柚子 塩ラーメン 。旨味のまろ味か、バランスの淡麗か選べる。飲んだあと のラーメン としては最高にうまい。
