Although she primarily does locks she assured me she could do my hair. I made an appointment two weeks prior to the appointment date and even confirmed with her the night before.

When I questioned her about that, she gave me plenty of attitude and told me if I had someone else to braid my hair, I should go to them. I took off a whole day of work to get my hair braided.

This has to be Harlem's best barber shop ! The owner has a lot of skilled barbers on staff and the prices are good.

Tabitha was so unprofessional, I was stunned. After a friend recommended her, I phoned her about braiding my hair.

She informed me that she had scheduled another client at the same time she previously scheduled me. She wanted to push my appointment back two hours!!

Barbers cut good...environment is comfortable .....trust me!

Customer service is pretty horrible. I'm new to the city and wanted the "Harlem" experience but could not get it here. Owner could not give me an accurate time to expect my haircut so I left.

She didn't even have the courtesy to apologize. Terrible way to do business. I would never recommend her!
