Maybe I've just been lucky, but I don't believe many people know of this gem, so it's always been nearly empty when I've gone. A nice alternative if you're missing that IHOP that's closed for remodel.
One of the best places in the springs, the food is amazing, the customer service is outstanding, not to mention, PIE !
