With Rollie Fingers at the new spring training home of the Oakland A's (it's um, decent, when compared to the amazing Phoenix Muni) But Rollie was a nice as he always has been! Spring Training 2015!!

Go to the diamond bar in Mesa they have free shuttles to and from hohokam. And they have good food and beers !

Sit on 3rd base side for shade, upper part. Check out Ikes or the Oakland Dog for good ballpark food.

Fresh veggies in a ballpark ? Yes, and they're delicious. The soba noodles are top notch with broccoli , asparagus , peas and more. Yum!

Trust the a’s to play in a stadium where you can’t see the field from the concourse. Also no cup holders in the upper deck.

It is like going to Weeghman Park at Clark & Addison, Waveland & Sheffield, where the Chicago Whales of the Federal League played and their successors try to play baseball during March. Da Cubs!

Parking a couple of blocks away is $5 but the stadium parking is only $7 which isn't bad.
