Never upgrade your phone here. They will screw you over. Go to your carrier if you're upgrading your phone. Other than that, it's a decent place if you need electronics , DVDs or video games .
Fyi, the guys by the door aren't there just to greet people. They are loss prevention staff !

Absolutely horrible experience. Unexperienced staff charged credit card 3 times and failed to apply a discount . Avoid this store and take your business to the mall or online.
Horrible service. Trying to spend $1k on a new toy . And been standing around for 15 mins. And no one has come to help! Bad Best Buy!!!

The worst retail experience ever. Overcharge account, blue shirt gave attitude because we didnt want damaged box . The District Manager better focus on training in this store they are a mess.
