If you love bread like I do, check out Chris Sy's Country Bread at The Pig and The Lady booth . It's some of the best bread I've tasted in Hawaii and an experience any bread fan needs to have.

Get here early for the best selection of produce. Don't forget to grab a bowl of delicious pho at The Pig and The Lady or some incredible fried chicken at Soul. Grab an Ono Pop while you're at it. :-)

The Pele's Gold honey is the best! A dollar cheaper than in stores, and at the farmers market every first Saturday!

I'm here every week to stock up on locally grown produce, bread , honey , salsa , and more. Plus breakfast at one of the great food stalls .

The 3 LONGEST lines are at Fried Green Tomatoes , Big Island Abalone , and Kukui Sausages . They are located at one end of their respective rows.

Go when it looks like rain, or when it is raining, most of the crowds will be scared away and then you can get whatever you want.

Can't live without the Lilikoi dressing from Hawaiian Chef (and about 50 other fabulous things at the market that I'll save for later tips)

Very touristic place. Fruits and vegetables are good but not cheaper than in Whole Foods.
