Everything's so cramped in it's difficult to get around if the store's busy. Weirdly the downstairs checkouts are at the back of the store too.
Went at 6pm on a friday - fab time, store was empty, no queues and store tidy!! Quite a revelation.
Poor service, waited an age, wouldn't have minded but it was 5pm on a Monday and there were more staff than customers. Spend your money else where
