The first time I didn’t get a perfect sandwich—it was just OK this time, sorta dry. But hey, you can do a lot worse than 99/100 perfect fried chicken sandwiches ; I’ll be returning for sure.

Stellar service & food quality, as always. Always an enjoyable experience . So friendly .

Excellent quality food, but I was incorrectly charged for a large French fry after ordering a medium French fry .

Today for lunch ordered a spicy deluxe sandwich with bacon . I did not receive the bacon I paid for. Additionally I did not receive the correct number of dipping sauces I ordered.

Unclear what’s happened to this CFA re: new employees—the drive-thru line has slowed down considerably & my order has now been wrong 3 times in a row.

Not sure what’s been going on at this CFA lately—they got my order wrong again today. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich , received a regular chicken sandwich ...didn’t notice until I got home.

This CFA has gone totally downhill. Of my last 10 visits, my order has been wrong 7 times. Today I ordered 3 salads with 4 avocado ranch dressings , but only received 2.

10/10 quality. Clean . Fast. So friendly .

Ordered a 12-piece grilled nugget, received a 12-piece deep fried nugget. Something about this CFA is going downhill—there have been a string of wrong orders lately.

Ordered grilled nuggets, noticed when I got home that I received CFA nuggets instead. Sent a complaint to corporate 4 days ago, haven’t heard back yet. CFA isn’t supposed to get your order wrong.

My large French fry was only filled up about 3/4 full. :(

Ordered a medium French fry , received a large. Checked the receipt when I got home & was charged for the large.

Disappointed with how empty my large French fry came today! :( Food quality otherwise outstanding.

Literally perfect.

Ordered 4 ranch. Asked lady how many ranches were in my bad. She remarked “it says on the side of the bag.” There were only 2, lady. 0 stars.
