Met with the GM today he really cares and has compassion for customers and customer service. I'm hopeful all the mishaps and transgressions of the past will be put into a corrective action plan.
Been eating Luby's oven roasted for over 25 years and it's always a nice beautiful golden brown this location serves white pale undercooked looking chicken .
My chicken tetrazzini was perfection tonight. Succulent chicken and ooey goodness of melted cheese .
The beef tips and rice are perfection. Meat is succulent and juicy very tender.
My only complaint about the beef tips and rice is that my portion consisted of two pieces of meat, lots of gravy and mushrooms . More meat needs to be made available.
New daily managers specials are back. And guys and gals beef tips and rice are back on Mondays. I'm salivating already.
If the sides are cooked fresh daily, then why are they always cold and have to get sent back?
Busy. Takes awhile to put your order in but get your food fast. Tasted good. Another nice addition to South Austin.
Salads are so fresh here!! I love the liver and onions !! ????
Always good fresh food and excellent service!;)
Salad was fresh and the broccoli was perfect. I always love the fish .
I hope spaghetti is prepared properly this Saturday and not macaroni noodles with meat sauce.
Best pecan pie EVER!
I was highly impressed by this new Luby's. They even sell beer and wine !
I've gone 4 times to this location since opening and and with the exception of the first visit I'm extremely disappointed.
They have sweet tea sitting on the counter for convenience but they are loading it with far to much ice.
If I have to put sugar in my sweet potatoes to eat them then your sweet potatoes are trash.
It was crowded but the wait staff were very attentive and friendly
The sweet tea is very watered down. If I have to put sugar in a sweet tea then we have a problem.
Beautiful carved turkey and fixings.
Fudd's burger has been over cooked all 4 times I have been here. Store is very small and seating is a problem. Seem to still be having a lot of new store issues.
Today my mashed potatoes were cold, my white roll was hard as a rock and I ordered broccoli and it was tougher than piece of leather.
They have local bottle of beers . :)
Solid food, atmosphere is nice.
Kids eat free Wednesday evening and Saturday
Very busy place & very slow service. Not big enough for the amount of people that come thru there. If you like there food & don't and a wait the it's cool.
This location needs a lot of work. The quality and attention to detail is far below any other Luby's in Austin.
Recently the sweet tea taste bad like they're using a sugar substitute.
Every time I come here I'm served cold, soggy bread . What's up with that?
I was excited about Luby's spaghetti today and was very disappointed. Spaghetti to me is not macaroni noodles and this is what they were serving today.
The fried fish has been dry, hard and fishy smelling lately. I'm underwhelmed.
Look at this pathetic piece of carved turkey I was served, this location has poor service and it shows.
I don't know who's idea it was for the salad bar but I don't want to hold my tray while choosing a salad this new approach is awful.
Meh. It’s a last resort kinda place.

Build your own value breakfast, definitely a plus especially on a holiday budget. - Cynthia De La Cruz
Everything that we've eaten here has been good. If you are in the mood for pancakes, this place has surprisingly good buttermilk pancakes. - Ed Ramirez
Love this super target!! Lots of fresh produce and great variety of everything else!! ???? - Dianey Sandoval
