Best bubble tea . So obsessed get a frequent buyer card buy ten get the next one free! Hot coconut milk with boba tea is the best.

A great combo is passionfruit bubble tea with strawberry boba !!

Try it HOT! Hot Black Assam Milk Tea ( any milk tea !) with regular boba .

Probably the single greatest place I've ever been for bubble tea ! The peach blizzard is amazing!
