We went for Happy Hour . Yum! The food came out very quickly and was delicious! Ordered off Happy Hour Menu . Kids ate free today (Monday) too!
There seems to be some debate as to who invented the chimichanga , but if El Charro didn't invent it, they certainly perfected it.

Dos Equis calamari was surprisingly the best calamari I've ever had. Not greasy & comes with fried chili peppers on top!
Very very good cookin'. It's a little dark inside, interior appointments-wise, though as a lunch place. That's my only gripe.

The chimi is good. Should be three dollar signs, though: three kids dinners and two entrées came out to$65. Wait staff was friendly .
The tamale stuffed chicken is the bomb. And just the right amount of food.
The carne seca is excellent. Get the tacos , pair it with a Modelo Especial and finish it up with the flan .

Excellent food, BUT incompetent hostesses , never ending wait to be seated, ridiculous wait for drinks, and a dour waitress who clearly wished she could be somewhere else. Avoid!
