As of today, best pho place in Union City (step aside Pho Pasteur). Decent pho and bun bo hue . Tastes less oily and salty than other places in the area.
I always get the vermicelli bowls but the pho and seafood noodle dishes are also quite good.
They're a cash only business, so bring cash. They have a generic ATM inside that you can withdraw money from.
