Probably the cleanest Y I've been to. The staff is always cleaning the machines and stretching mats. They don't have towels, so bring your own...very friendly staff as well . Always helpful.
Excellent facility. You get 2 free sessions with a personal trainer - they can show you the machines & weights. Also great cardio dance/zumba classes ! Childcare $1/hour for members; hours on website.
Bring headphones...there's no music . It's so quiet you could hear a pin drop. Also, I'd advise anyone to wipe down the machines before getting on as well as getting off...the wipes are relatively dry.
Amazing facility!! So glad they are willing to share with The World Tang Soo Do Association for testing and tournaments!!
Dress lightly in the pool area as it feels like a sauna .
Wednesday 7pm Zumba classes with Sarah.... Hard pressed to find one better.
