Did the Skyrobics class and it was a great workout with a fun bouncy twist. Biggest problem was that it was too warm in there, but would still recommend.
Make sure you put the time sticker on really well before they start sweating! It won't stick once their shirt is wet...
The SkyRobics classes are fun and leave you exhausted! Bring a water bottle.

The games are good but it is employed by teens agers that are some of the biggest jerks ever . One come of very rude and disrespectful I guess no home training .
