It's cool place, arty, nice atmosphere ... food is OK, however they don't really have healthy options so if u're on a diet, it's hard to pick something.

Historic building, once a embassy of US in taipei( or the house of ambassador?!) a small cinema with cafe and bars, usually play indie or unhollywood movies here. Worthy to give it a try - Matthew Tsai
