The nice hotel with bad sevices especially to cleaning service / house keeping. My room was cut off electricity 3 times at the over night, cant believe thats happened at the suite room of 5 star hotel

Decent hotel . In Hong Kong, Ritz Carlton much better, especially the service. Hotels in Shanghai is much better, even cheaper. Service it is not at the level Ritz Carlton.
