Hands down the BEST place to eat @ #Epcot! Quality is superb. Fresh & delicious. Try the salmon or rotisserie chicken . For the dessert try the key lime pie or strawberry shortcake .

I wish there were more vegan options available throughout the parks like the vegan korma that you can find here. Super tasty!

My favorite Quick Service in all of Walt Disney World! Grab a sandwich and listen to the people trying to get their Soarin ' Fastpasses! Then stop by Living with the Land, a wonderful overlooked ride!

Oak-grilled Vegetarian Flatbread Sandwich with Potato Salad was very tasty. The potato salad was made without mayo and was very good.

Good spot for breakfast in Epcot! Lots of tables and ample choices for everyone. Grab a fast pass for soarin when you arrive and then enjoy breakfast !

Check out the spicy cashew chicken :) it's amazing... Also don't forget to grab your delightful dessert from the bakery . Condiments are behind the restaurant . Enjoy. <3

When it's time to eat, Seasons has one of the best selections in the park . Grab your food and take a seat; you'll be sure to enjoy.

Mostly healthy food , no hot dogs or hamburgers like the other Disney cafeterias . The turkey sandwich on ciabatta bread is pretty good.

Go to Asian Noodles for multiple vegan options including Tamarind vegan beef with veggies ! Noodles and white rice are vegan .

Oak-grilled chicken with beans and rice is a surprisingly tasty and filling option for a counter service place.

The ONLY place to find breakfast at EPCOT (outside of the character dining spot). The food is actually really good here, even for a quick lunch !

Good value . If you're looking for soy milk or special dietary needs , this is the place. Varied options.

Asian Noodles is the only place i've found in all of Disney that has vegetarian Asian food . Even the Chinese place in Epcot world pavallion uses animal products

Used to be awesome when they had build your own baked potatoes , but now it's all boxed/bagged food. (You can taste it.)

Seriously fresh and different food! Definitely make this one of your meal spots! Beet and goat cheese salad was awesome!

Strawberry Shortcake is great for a quick sweet. The Rice Krispie treat was okay, but you lose half of it due to the paper disney picture glued to the top.

Try their Tiramisu , its pretty good. Not too sweet like most Disneys desserts are

Great selection of healthier fare that often features organic produce from onsite greenhouse. Loved the beet and goat cheese salad .

Please place plastic-ware & plastic bottles in the recycling bin.

This quick service is LEGIT. A great deal if you have the meal plan.

Great place to regroup before heading back out in the Florida heat. The adult breakfast platter is big enough for 2. Very yummy!

You can get a good rice & vegan beef (gardein) dish at Sunshine Seasons! It's tasty too!

The Mongolian beef is great. Good to have a change from burgers and pizza .

The spicy fish tacos really ARE spicy . Very good!

Try the Seared Ahi Tuna over noodles and the apple custard/bread pudding dessert .. DELISH!!

Croissantberry bread pudding is amazing!!! Must have. Must make at home.

Agree with Robb - the Gold Peak Tea they dispense her is really weak. And that's without ice! What has the world come to when Disney serves tea that seems to have been watered down?

Not a fan of this concept, especially with multiple kids. You go back and forth getting stuff from each station while kids try to decide what they want, which is never all from the same station
