Not many ppl know this place. It's located at the roof top of Jem. Take escalate to the root top from Koufu food court . Get chill with their popsicles and pasta .
quiet place to hang out but the popsicles are really just so-so

Crowded neighbourhood café. Only tried their waffles and it wasn't the crispy type :( Service is slow and they tend to forget or get orders wrong, so gotta keep chasing them for your food! - Song
