I ordered an ice cream at around 4:45p.m. going through the drive-thru on 3/15/2016. I noticed multiple crunchy things in it right after. It was hair and it was stuck in my throat. Very unhygienic.

Sad to say this BK is always out of ice for drinks. The owners need to fix the shit! The employees are always nice and friendly . The district manager is fucking liar, the bitch should be fired.
If you use the drive thru , always check your bag. They seem to find a way to mess up the simpilist orders.
