Don’t expect this to be like Hattie B’s in Nashville - there, they cake on the spice mix, here they dust it. This is fine fried chicken with a little kick, but it’s really not the same.
You mean I finally don’t have to go all the way to Nashville to get the best Hot chicken in the world?!?! Shut the Cluck Up!!
The spice level is real so keep that in mind when you order. I enjoyed the damn hot but it was hot.
The fries are fantastic—crispy on the outside and tender inside. Forget the collards—needs more vinegar.
