Brass Spoon is a asian restaurant Central located in Hong Kong.
G/F, 10 Pottinger St Central and Western District Hong Kong
Expect to line up here. But very much worth of!!!! Great viet food! (Pho and bun ) Their Thai iced coffee was good too
No number in its name, but Brass Spoon serves big bowls of legit LA-style, raw beefy realness. #ProTip: Beef Oil is always good, pho sho’!
A small casual sit-down Pho paradise where you can see people lining up from dawn to dusk! Their Raw Beef Pho is definitely the cream of the crop with the ridiculously good soup base.
Banh Cuon are good (not the best in town but very decent) and Phở Bo is great and customizable. Broth is clear and tasty.
They have pork chop rice now!! So good!!
I'm addicted to their Raw Beef Pho , especially the soup base!
Pho bo - clear broth , decent beef , no service charge involved
Good for lunch . Crowd arrives right on 12:00.
The premium raw beef pho is not as good as before, both in quantity and in quality. Not very satisfying.
Close a tad later than the Wanchai location. More seats too. Light broth, if that's what you prefer.
Tasty broth and silky noodles , but too oily and too little beef for my liking. Cramped seating arrangements, which means you’ll be elbow wrestling with your neighbors while slurping your soup .
Forget the Viet Coffee as it’s the worst one we ever had.
