United Club

Recent renovation improved the restrooms a bit, but no US airline lounge is on par with a long haul hub First Class lounge you'd find in London, Frankfurt or Singapore. Expect little and be pleased.

Small, coffee and snacks are right behind reception, very nice and quite if not too many people here, and yes they have a bar as well

This Club is pretty small and easy to walk right by w/o noticing. Ring the bell to get buzzed in.

Premium drinks are at a charge. Lol it's a premium lounge ?

If you are flying any airline other than united, you will not be able to get much help with your booking .

One of the smallest lounges UA has. Stay away on Monday and Friday. About the same size as the old ORD terminal 2 lounge

Wasted one of my free day passes here. Bartender wasn't very happy about having to put her phone down to get you a drink. Bathrooms now closed for renovation. So that so good.

This place is always crowded but the best part is drinks are on house. So njoy!!!

Small and easy to walk by ... And worth walking by! Grimmest airline lounge I have been in. Gross bathrooms and no escaping the two TVs in this tiny lounge . A small quit space would be nice.

One of my least favorite clubs. Tiny and leaves a lot to be desired, however, it is slightly better than the public terminal areas.... Slightly.

The house Cabernet stinks. Take a sip of the "paid" Cabernet . I think you'll like it.

The heat is cranked up so high it feels like a sauna so don't go if you aren't wearing layers. It's also very small so theres not always seating available

Old club, needs an update. The staff is great though.

I know it is March... but it sure feels like August here.

The most pathetic United Club I've ever been to

No bathroom .... Being "renovated"...small & crowded ... Good Bloody Marys

Probably the worst "first class lounge " ever. The bathrooms are in total disrepair, it's tiny, and there's not even much in the way of snack/drink selection. Its only saving grace is a giant bar .

Un-tasty dainishes. The papers are not complimentary . This is what a platinum card gets you???

This heavily overcrowded lounge is unbelievably out of date, and the portable air conditioners top the reasons they need to just close this down and try again elsewhere. Pathetic :-(

The space is not good, but the staff is great at fixing travel problems

This place is in serious need of an overhaul. Makes me question why I pay the annual fee.

Nice folks. Lousy space. Too hot in July. Free drinks. Miles from the gate. C+
