Sheraton Tysons Hotel

Morning shuttle service is unreliable and needs more than one driver. Like all Sheratons, you can request a free fridge in your room. Club lounge is weak, except for the view of the NOVA suburbs.

Where do I start? The hotel decor is really old, not so friendly staff , the elevators take ages, wifi is atrociously horrible (and they call this a business hotel ?), thin walls between rooms.

Nice staff , nice rooms, great location. But the coffee is horrific. It says Starbucks but tastes more like pool acid. Otherwise a great hotel !

Great hotel with great location. The staff was friendly and very helpful especially Naresh in the front desk.

Great club lounge . Lots of food places and a Walmart within walking distance.

Beautiful Hotel and friendly staff but you'll need a car or a taxi to get anywhere with more life

Breakfast on Sundays is.No waiter , no buffet , waiting in the line for your order in Starbucks, again waiting for your food , overall more then 40 minutes to food come.

No free wifi and no fridge ...the chicken wings rock and the staffs very friendly and helpful though...enjoyed the stay.

The new carpets are very nice. I can't wait to check out the renovated fitness room.

The updates to the hotel are great. Try a glass of wine at the new bar !

I love sheraton club lounges but this one seems to love cilantro . ;(

WiFi could use an upgrade. And a watch for the shuttle drivers.

I had the shrimp scampi at the bar and it just ok. Service is a little slow too ;-/

Dated rooms. Outdoor pool is closed and being removed. Whirpool is gone. Lounge was mediocre. Wouldn't stay here again.

DONT STAY HERE!I am crammed in my room with 3 adults and 2 infants because they did not change the sheets and our room smells like mildew ! Its 2 AM&the kids are asleep so we can't move rooms
