Great, great hotel , great rooms, only - it is a bit far away from the center but it is not a problem because nearby is metro, bus stop , taxi , you can rent a car... They have airport-shuttle service...

Great hotel , beautiful and spacious suites , friendly staff . They offer free hotel-airport transfers but must book in advance as it is limited space. Only problem, it is far from most attractions .

Close to the Cercanías station (Ramón y Cajal), which makes up for its distance from the city center. Great shuttle service with friendly drivers on the hour (need to request in advance).

Rather nice for a Sheraton. Good size rooms and excellent condition. Lounge also open late with good free food. A great Starwood value.

Rooms are bigger than my old flat in London. I sublet the left half for a temporary Tapas bar ;-)

Nice hotel but outdoor swimming pool is closed to all guests by Sep!

You have to stay here - the rooms are amazing and so cheap compared to London

Las habitaciones son amplias y cama super cómoda, good price si deseas algo relativamente a mitad de camino del aeropuerto y El Centro. Room service algo demorado desayuno +1h.

Lo elegí como alternativa al palace xq tenía piscina ,gran error,la piscina la comparte con los usuarios dl gimnasio d al lado,lo q convierte la piscina en una verbena llena d maris y poligoneros

El hotel es fabuloso!!! Su decoración, el trato, las habitaciones . Nos gusta hasta el buffet libre del desayuno . La pena es que no probamos la piscina porque fuimos en invierno.

De lunes a viernes,"social hour" de 6-9 pm.dos gintonic por 11€!!!!o dos cervezas por 5€!!o dos copas de vino por 5€!!!

Espectaculares habitaciones , en especial las suites executivas de la ultima planta, te dejaran sin palabras

Está muy bien para eventos de empresa y convenciones . El spa es excelente

Un servicio de cafetería lamentable y vergonzoso, que no es digno de un hotel cinco estrellas. Nos faltó servirnos nosotros mismos la bebida.
