DMV - White Plains

1 of the oddest malls I've evr encountered. There is a huge Asian market & small mom & pop stores. Some of dem look like they r hanging on 2 financial security 4 dear life. Others look like been 4ever

For all that's good in the world, reserve an appointment online ahead of time. Heck, do it on your phone when you arrive. It will save you time out of your life. In and out in minutes not hours.

Make the appointment so you don't have to wait. Park on the street as meters are cheaper than the onsite parking . Neat assortment of shops in the mall too.

Get a reservation upfront and if you forgot, you wait around 10-15 people. Rest, they will be helping quite well

Stay calm n take a few deep breaths before walking up to the assholes that work there, when ur number is called. This guy at #5 had the worst attitude I'v seen at the DMV. Someone's gonna choke him!

I got in before 9am, and was done with a lic. renewal in under 10 mins. They open at 8:30, being early definitely helps!

Better than Yonkers and Bronx. Prepare to pay for parking with cash only !

Make a reservation for even faster service at this already quick DMV.

If you are going to return the plates ask the police officer by the door then go right of the information line and wait to be called

Go to McDonalds downstairs and give yourself a treat for waiting for so long to be called!

They don't open until 10:00 AM on Thursdays.

Bring your own pen. They don't have any.

Don't come a Monday at lunch time... This place is nuts !

Wishing I was back on long island where the DMV's gives you an estimated wait time and treat you with respect and courtesy. This place is horrible.

Do not ask or trust what the guy at the entrance tells you. ( fat black guy with glasses) I stood up in the wrong line for 20 min!!!!!!!!

Horrible service. The security guard was extremely rude. Avoid this place. I rather cross the bridge and go to the one in west haverstraw

Got here at 5:30 Thursday night. It is packed. Been waiting almost 2 hrs.

Nothing good about DMV. Wait an hour and half and moved up 3 positions.

Don’t I mean DO NOT GO to this DMV. One of the worst I’ve ever seen
