Don't understand the mediocre reviews because I adore this place. Delicious fresh food . Wonderful, dedicated service. I've been here multiple times and enjoyed each time. What more could you ask for.
My brunch experience on a Saturday afternoon was great. Left the place with their fruit-infused water. This place is underrated!
Slipper lobster ravioli with prawn bisque and the sourdough with kombu butter is super delicious. Menu changes weekly and do reserve table before coming over.
True farm to fork - rare in Malaysia . Menu changes , as one would expect at an authentic farm to table restaurant . Super easy to make reservations / get info through messaging on Facebook.
Modern european restaurant , nice ambiance and friendly staff ! She was so patient introducing the food and has sweet smile
Food and Ambients is great. Slightly expensive .
A real open kitchen concept. Simple foods that let the natural flavours stand out. The slipper lobster ravioli and slow cookers chicken breast is good.
Love the concept, thought the interior was also done well , food was also good. Argentinian sav blanc wasn't my fav tho but prices for wines were good
Hummus was one of the best I have had in KL
You can't go wrong with the red prawn linguine and panna cotta ❤️
Deep fried frog legs were excellent
The smoked duck had great flavour to it though can't say the same for the lamb ragout with lentils
Rule the Roost with wonderfully priced course meals to enjoy.
Salad nicoise with chicken innards is a winner!
Duck pappardelle is worthy
Cookies & cream is an easy fav
This place was used to be Backofen cafe .. Pls note that the new Roost kitchen is NOT halal
The crabmeat ravioli & scallop salad is to die for!
Panna cotta is pretty good
Yummy grill chicken and golden snapper . Satisfying late lunch 😁😁
Really good wine , reasonably priced too
The risotto is amazing!
Value for money set lunch at RM 20+
Set lunches at RM18++. Dead cheap !
Farm to fork dining hits Malaysia
Limited choices and wasn't my kind of burger .
Way overpriced for mediocre tasting food and small portion
Waste of time, money and stomach space.
Overpriced & overrated! The most disgusting Pasta
Order the items with omelettes in it. They are fluffy and well done. Love the extra touch of truffle oil on them. - Eve Fan
The scallops, duck confit and squid ink crab pasta is really good. Will come back to try its cempedak cake and others too. - Amanda Wong
Nice ice cream, great value. Cempedak, kopi peng and teh tarik ice cream is a must try. - Vincent Wong
a nice place to hang out at. not much shopping can be done. great places to dine in (around the area outside BV as well) - Farhanah
Crispy duck from Village Roast Duck is delicious so goes with their other duck dishes !! Fried carrot cake & minced pork with salty fish also two thumbs up !!! - Justine Lim
