SLOWEST chilli 's I have been! Hostess made us wait 15 min with a lot of empty tables. Policy is " not to overload kitchen. I don't know why to have a big restaurant and that many tables if they can't

Was there today. Waiter was giving me a hard time about the free chips and salsa , when I checked in. Go to the chili 's in Mountain View , they do not even ask to see the phone.
