love this place’s pork chop rice (排骨飯). it’s pricey compared to others, but i love it. it’s a local staple with old-school taiwanese decor. also love the oil tofu (油豆腐) and pickled cabbage (泡菜). - eifeh

Traditional Taiwanese shave ice. Their most popular dish with mango and condensed milk is simple but exactly right. Fresh, balanced, tasty. IMHO, much, much better than ice monster or smoothie house. - Amber
