Belk

This Belk is an embarrassment to the entire chain. I’m truly shocked that Belk keeps it open. It’s so poorly managed and so disorganized. Lower end merchandise and cluttered, small store. Awful!

They need to turn this Belk into a clearance outlet . It’s the worst Belk I’ve ever shopped in the entire southeast. Old, small, dirty , dingy and disorganized. Rude and abrasive manager. An awful store

Not quite sure how the Belk location in Northwoods Mall stays open. It's definitely NOT what you think of when you think of Belk. Old, dingy, ratty looking and very poorly managed. This store is bad.

Not sure why Belk hasn’t closed this location as it’s no longer relevant. It’d be better suited for a clearance outlet . The Citadel Mall Belk store is much nicer and more organized . This Belk is awful

Belk @ Citadel and Town Center sells way better stuff. Won't find Lacoste here...

This is THE worst Belk store I’ve ever visited. Very limited selection of merchandise and horribly disorganized! It’s also VERY small. Skip this location and visit the one west of the Ashley instead!

Dillard's preferred

I’ve shopped at Belk stores all over SC, NC, GA & FL and this is hands down the worst. It’s old, outdated, disorganized, dirty and has a poor selection. Go to the Citadel Mall store instead!

Old, dated, dirty and disorganized. Definitely the worst department store in the Charleston region. I won’t be back!

Absolutely the most pitiful Belk store I’ve ever been in. I’m really not sure how this location stays open. It’s so dirty & disorganized and even smells old and musty. Awful!

Belk at Northwoods Mall is only one story and doesn’t carry any upscale/designer brands. The nicer brands are carried in the much larger Belk at Citadel Mall because it serves a more affluent shopper

Northwoods Mall Belk store opened in 1972 and is tiny. Very limited selection of merchandise . They don’t carry the nicer brands at this location. The Citadel Mall location is much nicer and larger

It’s such a low-end store and so dated/old. It’s honestly shocking. The worst Belk I’ve ever been in. Don’t waste your time.

The selection is Awesome. Staff is courteous. I roll with my service dog next to me & always asked if I need anything. ????

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Definitely THE WORST Belk store probably in the entire chain. Small, dirty , outdated, buyers must have been hired from Kmart. Belk should be embarrassed.
