IKEA is a great place for all kinds of furniture and has great ideas for small spaces. It's a joy and an adventure to walk around, and their food court is more than adequate. I adore IKEA!!
Amazing :) the food isn't that bad and its super cheap . I myself liked the swedish meatball plate. Also gotta love free childcare for the kids while you shop!!!!
If you know what you want, skip the escalator up to show room. Head straight through gray double doors. Free coffee/tea if you join with the family card, just do it already.
If the main line is long, go to the right side... also, get gravy on your fries ! Mmmmmmm. Lingonberry juice tastes like Canberry juice and is a good alternative to soda !
First, get a snack in the cafe , then tour the rooms. Before you go downstairs and shop grab more food. Stock up on everything you never knew you needed, and grab Cinnamon Buns to go.
First time home buyer tip. Plan a whole near to just look before you buy anything. Saves on return trips. And if you're missing parts they have a parts department in the returns area.
It's always a DIY experience at IKEA but that's why it's so affordable . Sometimes wish I could find more people to answer questions- otherwise always a pleasant experience.
This place is awesome! Set ups of actual square footage. You can sit down and design your rooms. I could spend every weekend here.
If you're not there to browse follow the signs to take shortcuts straight to the 2nd floor marketplace so you can start adding things to your cart right away.
Upscale accommodations await you at Comfort Suites Hotel Denver Tech Center. Call 303.858.0700 or click www.DTCHotel.com and save up to $20 when you book the 'DTC rate' Hot breakfast and wifi included
Very large outlet for all household furniture . Great layouts of household rooms with applicable furniture . Prices are very reasonable.
My first IKEA in the States , and I loved it! Even converted the hubby from a shopping hater to "This store is amazing!"
Visit a magical land where Swedish design and American consumerism collide in a delightfully nauseating way.
They still have a fully stocked packing table with scissors, tape and brown paper. ???? Other IKEAs don't have it anymore.
Lie to the parking lot natzis and tell them you need to pick up at level P1. There's plenty of parking near entrance/exit
IKEA at just 12 minutes drive to the east of Clear Dental Care
My wife and I love to reenact, 500 Days of Summer. Try it... If you've seen it you'll know the part.
I straight up love IKEA. Just hate how you have to walk through everything to get what you want.
The salmon filet was tasty - and inexpensive
I suggest going on a weekday and enjoying lunch or dinner at their bistro !
Full of different ideas! Inspiring me to invent things. Man this place is full of people, but its pretty fun to look at everything and people watch :)
Be sure to pee before walking around or else you must start over at the beginning
Bring GPS, compass, & flashlight in case of a power outage, essential items when spelunking through this cavernous "store"
For newbies start on the top floor then go to the bottom. Try to avoid getting a cart, grab a bag and good luck. I love this place!
Go mid week about 2-3 hours before closing. Check online before you go to see if they have what you want in stock. Use a little common sense
America’s 1st Geothermal-Powered IKEA is coming to Denver in the Fall of 2011. When operational, the geothermal pumps will use 25-50% less electricity than conventional heating & cooling systems.
There are TWO restaurant lines . The super long one (west side) that everyone stands in, and the super short (east side) one that no one seems to notice.
Love it here, but it gets really crowded on weekends.
Buy some cinnamon rolls from the bakery . They are amazing and are still moist the next day (if they last that long!)
If you realize that you don't want something and you're far away from where you picked it up, find a coworker and give it to them.
You must get at least one cinnamon roll on your way out! Totally worth it.
Go half Sierra Mist and half Lingonberry fountain drink. You won't regret it.
Kids eat free on Tuesday! Options include chicken strips , mac and cheese , and meatballs
Lots of great storage solutions for small spaces, and meatballs !
If you say "IKEA" three times while standing in front of a mirror in a dark room, you will know true, unflinching fear
Great lighting, shelving, and mirror selection.
Look for the secret shortcuts if you know where you need to go. it's the only way to survive!
Super busy location, be prepared to wait in lines .
Make sure you have your membership card with you. They will not look it up for you at checkout. I
Definitely eat at the restaurant ! And join the Ikea Family program - but the free cup of tea each visit isn't worth it; they just serve Lipton. Read more
Kids eat free Tuesday worry purchase of adult meal
Weeknights are the best time to shop to avoid the crowds
Leave ur kids at smile land for full one hour and these plants are not real ????
Swedish meatballs and strawberry shortcake
Love this place be prepared to spend some time in the showroom!
Even if you are "only looking", grab a bag! You won't leave empty handed!
Might we suggest checking out our fabulous kitchens? Beauty on the outside, brains on the inside - and up to 20% off now through April 29, 2012!
Lame number system for returns, total time waster when a bunch of people have taken off & they take up time calling all those numbers. Plus there should be more staff here after the holidays.
Don't try going by yourself... always have a buddy. And if you're in a rush, I'd skip the trip all together. There's no such thing as a run to IKEA and back.
Go here if you feel like being overwhelmed by alot of stuff you want!! Haha
Their soup is really good and the kids meals are perfect size! Good deal for the price - Marta Orellana
If you think wal mart is bad....don't shop here...when someone says some peoples children! They are talking about yours. - Kim Siemering
I love shopping world market it has such neat things for the house and gifts. - JAnn Reed
Always find great stuff and the sales are awesome. Keep me away from the shoe department, because it's too fabulous. Services is great and associates helpful. One of my favorite places to shop. - Anne Freeman
The chicken Mac and cheese is AMAZING. - Charissa Moore
Parmesan garlic or spicy garlic wings are by far the best you can get. Great variety on the menu though! A little pricy but it's all in all a great place to eat - DJ Baun
