Love this place! We make it a point to stop by every year when we go upstate for pumpkin and apple picking . Cool country vibe and food is outstanding, especially oysters , buffalo shrimp & lobster roll

Perfect ambience with amazing food. The fried chicken is incredible. As is basically everything else but it'd be easy to overlook fried chicken at a place like this so I figure I'll call it out.

Great selection of in-season oysters . If you have to wait before being seated, grab a cocktail at the bar and drink in the garden out front.

Excellent seafood in a pretty setting. Shrimp , lobster , oysters , all excellent as was the Bloody Mary . The eggs Benedict wasn’t my favorite but I’m excited to come back for dinner .

Put the white chocolate bread pudding in your pie hole and swallow it on down into your gut and feel the glory churn inside you. If you're with others, order the fruit crisp and mix the two.

Good oyster selection , amazing seafood entrees , and a great bar . Make a reservation at least a week in advance and expect it to be impossibly crowded on the weekends.

Loved the food and the ambience of the restaurant . The oysters were really fresh and delicious. We had some pretty bad service, which hurt the experience a little bit.

Ate from their Restaurant Week menu. DELISH! Regular menu is pricey but I LOVED the atmosphere, friendly staff and the food speaks for itself: great!

If you're anywhere out in this vicinity of NY/CT, Purdy's is a must.. Exactly the kinda place you want.. Loved everything about it.

This place is perfect! Try the scallop salad . Or the burger with the best homemade pickles in the area!

Great food. Had the chowder and it was delicious. For dinner had the tuna dish and it was fantastic

Oysters just on point. Thought seafood tower a bit overpriced and contents didn't taste fresh. I'd just get a bunch of oysters . So good

Built in 1775. Hot spot for sure. Good food, maybe especially the complementary bread and butter, and cocktails
