Best Buy Mobile = lazy and slow. Waited forever to speak to a worker, and even then she did everything at her own pace. Some people don't have all night!

Do yourself a favor, don't go to this location. One person on main register on the busiest holiday weekend. In store pick up should be 45 min until ready and after 1-1/2 hours still not ready.

Make sure you actually get a sales associate who knows what they are doing. Too many are poorly trained and are not knowledgeable in products. Greatly disappointed in the quality of service.

Don't buy the replacement plan on the phones. They do not replace but send off for repair leaving you without a phone for 5-7 days.
