Food was really excellent. Wonderful! Valerie was fantastic w/ her recommendations and friendliness. Very nice, elegant atmosphere, as always! One of our favorite spots in Boulder to celebrate!

This is my new favorite restaurant ! The wine list is superb, no surprise The staff is very attentive. The atmosphere is cozy . And, I'm excited to go try out their happy hour which I've heard is great.

It was my mother's 97th birthday and we went for dinner and it was very good. The service was nice the meal was the the best we've had in a while and everyone was very nice to us and my mother

I had the bison sirloin and it was perfectly cooked and very tasty. My wife had the lamb which was also quite good and we finished it off with the bananas foster a fun classic that was done well .

The food is fantastic, the hospitality was fantastic and maybe even better than the food, (not to bring down the meal in any way), and the scene is super cozy and almost always-holiday feeling.

The setting is beautiful anytime of the year. The crowd is a little older, which is a nice change. If you want to dress up and enjoy your Sunday.....I would highly recommend the Greenbriar!

We chose this restaurant for our New Year’s celebration. It was our first time there but it will not be the last. Excellent 5 course fixed price menu for the holiday. We will go back

We return to Greenbriar every year for our Anniversary. We've never been disappointed. The food was wonderful and the wait staff very attentive. Always a great choice for a special occasion .

The grounds and building are breathtaking. At night the outside is lit up with white lights that gives it a whimsical feeling. Now on to the good stuff, FOOD! It was outstanding.

Wonderful ambiance beautiful decor comfortable seating and perfect holiday lighting. Menu is focused toward meat eaters with locally raised beef and lamb . Seafood is flown in. Dessert was amazing.

The waiter was amazing and the food was really incredible. I would have never come in but now I plan on coming back. Also, I am getting married and I am now looking here as well for a venue.

The beef Wellington was delicious. Even though I was barely hungry I couldn't stop eating it because it was possibly the best I've ever had. Table side Caesar was excellent.

The Greenbriar Inn does the best buffet brunch in town . The restaurant and staff are very welcoming. It's tucked under the Boulder foothills in an older, charming building.

The vendors were perfectly coordinated, all the minutiae of the day were paid attention to with care and precision, and everything flowed seamlessly from one event to the next.

We had a Groupon for this one night stay. 99$ for a suit. The restaurant and bar was warm and inviting. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The room was full of antiques !

What an amazing venue to dine. The food is Devine, the service was excellent. The patio was very romantic and the ambiance made the night.

Both of our dishes were absolutely delightful. The beef was cooked perfectly (medium rare) and melted in our mouths. The portions were generous.
