A very special place. Excellent sashimi flown in direct from Japan. If Japanese and sashimi are your thing this is an great option in Boulder. Don't forget to take off your shoes !
Get the Omakase .. you won’t regret it. Erol will select the best dishes and will pair it with sake . Maybe you’ll get a plum wine shot as a nightcap if you’re lucky ;)
Sit at the bar to watch your food being prepared. Not sure which sake to order? Get a flight and taste them all! Don't forget, you must take off your shoes upon entering this restaurant .
Lots of delicious flavors.. Owned by same folks who own Sushi Zanmai next door. Portions are small, but priced accordingly, so it works out well for diners who enjoy variety. I recommend it!
Scan the menu, but your best bet is to just chat with folks at the bar--they will ask you whay your likes are and recommend amazing options. The Japanese pancake is a must try!
This place is amazing! It's so unique and authentic . Highly recommended!!!
Probably the only Izakaya place in Boulder which is OK since it would probably win over any others. The pickles are outstanding, the Gyoza sublime, and the fish of highest quality.
Great food and incredibly child friendly . It's just like being in Japan =)
The Japanese vegetable roll wrapped in thinly sliced Kobe beef - to die for!!!
This place is real authentic Japanese food . However, the owner(?) was snobby as we didn't know the dishes, he was much more interested in his regular comers. Regardless amazing food.
probably one of the best places I've ever been. pair the food and sake for an excellent night.

Can't go wrong with the salmon or tuna poke. Tastes like comfort food. With ingredients that make it adventurous for a sushi roll/bowl. Including a price that's easy on my wallet. - Tollis Hunt
Burdock and karokke appetizers are amazing! Veggie ramen is tasty, but needs salt & heat. - Shawna Organisciak
I didn’t expect to find good sushi so far from the coast, but Tasuki is legit. Best sushi in the area by far. - Oliver Stewart
Friday evening happy hours on the back patio are great for kids and there's live music. - Christian Knapp
Great food by an Austrian Chef and a nice variety of beers (& wines). - Wilma M.
Usually a good selection. Candy selection is the best around! - @mrfboyer
