Don't be afraid of the city transit system. It's cheap , safe and a great way to see the town . You can also take the bus to Playa Del Carmen for 45 pesos. Take the R1, across the street to the station.
Love the staff here, the hotel is that rooms are never the greatest and the view or whatever it is is never prefect. But the staff here is really great!!
Try the Guacamaya at the Pool Bar but tell the bartender to use pineapple juice instead of orange juice . Its very good!

Es un hotel muy bonito pero sin duda lo mejor es la atención de los meseros y todo el personal , tan agradables todo el tiempo, la comida deliciosa, sin duda un excelente lugar para disfrutar la vida
Padrísimo hotel , la comida es muy buena, excelente atención , la alberca muy padre pero lo mejor son los paseos en lancha .
La atención del personal es excelente, la comida es buena, las habitaciones pueden mejorar pero en general es una grata experiencia ☺️

Si quieres en lugar tranquilo ven aquí, y para la playa esta su hermano mayor Sunset resort, te llevan en yate por la laguna :) muy bonito
Los Bell Boys José Luis y Fabian son por mucho lo mejor de este hotel . Son los mejores

El tamaño de habitacion con dos baños muy bueno. Comida regular. Instalaciones viejas. Areas esparcimento buenas. NO está en playa . Vista a laguna espectacular
